Areas of Interest

I offer trauma-aware, neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adults across Australia via Telehealth. My work is grounded in safety, compassion and deep self understanding, with a focus on trauma, attachment, relationships and spiritual growth. These are the areas I’m most passionate about supporting.

General Psychology

I support individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, obsessions and compulsions, anger, communication difficulties, addictions, self-worth concerns, and grief or loss. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice, creating a safe space to better understand your patterns, emotions and needs, and to move toward greater clarity, resilience and connection.

Trauma & Attachment Trauma

I care deeply about supporting people to heal from past experiences and reconnect with a sense of inner safety, strength and possibility. My trauma work is grounded in compassion, pacing and nervous system awareness, and draws on evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Informed CBT and Schema Therapy to help shift long-standing patterns that shaped how you think, feel and relate. I also use EMDR to gently process and resolve traumatic memories, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Neurodiversity Affirming Practice

I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent people to reconnect with their true selves, understand their needs and unlearn the systems, expectations and social norms that were never built with them in mind. My approach is strengths-based, validating and deeply collaborative, creating space for identity exploration, unmasking, sensory and emotional understanding, and building a life that genuinely honours your neurodivergent experience.

Couples Therapy

I have a strong interest in supporting couples who feel stuck in patterns of miscommunication, disconnection or emotional tension. My approach draws on Gottman-based methods to help partners understand their dynamics, communicate more openly and rebuild trust and emotional closeness. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where both people feel heard, respected and supported in moving toward a more connected and compassionate relationship.

Spirituality and Transpersonal Therapy

I have a deep interest in spirituality and transpersonal psychology, supporting clients who are exploring intuition, meaning, identity and experiences that feel bigger than the self. I offer a grounded, non-judgemental space to make sense of spiritual awakenings, existential questions, intuitive experiences or moments of inner knowing. My approach honours both psychological understanding and spiritual exploration, helping you integrate these parts of yourself in a way that feels safe, empowering and aligned.
